I'm back on xanga after another 6 months. Been reading a lot of other people's blogs, but I've not taken the time to keep an active journal myself.

To get things started again, I'll post a bunch of pictures taken yesterday on our Castelldefels terrace: Agustin had a big resacca but decided to swing by and prepare a paella on our Texas-size barbecue. Images spek for themselves. We had a great time !

and 6 months later, another entry, quickly, just to mention a couple of interesting movies I've seen on DVD lately:

- The Thomas Crown Affair: * * * * *  appeals to the jetsetter in me

- Sweet Home Alabama: * * *  appealed to the hickbilly that I've growned to be

- "The Recruit": * * * spies and love, my kind of stuff, not boring

- "Basic": * * * * Travolta in Panama, lots of story twists, could not really figure it out and did not have the time to watch it again with the director's comments

Great, all of this works pretty well. This sounds like fun.

Now, the picture below was taken by Sofia during the Merce fiesta here in Barcelona. Just like in my beloved Singapore, the local government is fond of promoting good social values, like "civisme" as shown on the sides of this stage (which incidently was in front of the Ayuntament, the local govt).

Why post this picture first ? why not. Now it's done and I quite like it.
